Numeca's automated mesher, AutoGrid5, is an excellent tool for generating 3D mesh around radial/Axial airfoils ans splitter/tandem vanes. One can generate smoothed H-type and O-type grids very quickly using templates.

- HEXPRESS/Hybrid™ produces unstructured hex-dominant conformal meshes of complex geometries, starting from unclean CAD data. Thanks to the fact it can run on multiple processors it's ultra fast on top.
Right from the beginning of using HEXPRESS™/Hybrid, we were impressed by the performance and efficiency of this software. It is able to handle boundary layer insertion with no problems and can manage our really dirty geometries (holes, cutting planes, thin surfaces,...) in a way we have not experienced before. Regarding our complex geometries, HEXPRESS™/Hybrid is our preferred choice by far.
